Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using Credit Renew, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding agreement to use Credit Renew.

2. Service Scope

Credit Renew provides self-directed software tools, calculators, and educational materials to help consumers review their own credit reports, organize potential disputes, and better understand financial literacy topics. Credit Renew does not promise any specific score increase, deletion, correction, or outcome.

Credit Renew is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or individualized financial advice. No one can lawfully remove accurate and timely negative information from a credit report simply in exchange for a fee. You remain responsible for deciding what to dispute, what to submit, and whether any provider or product is right for you.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

3. Accounts and Credentials

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. If you connect a third-party provider, you represent that you have the right to use that account and to authorize the requested sync.

4. Third-Party Providers and Affiliate Links

Credit Renew may link to, integrate with, or mention third-party products and services, including report providers such as IDIQ and MyScoreIQ. Those third parties are independent from Credit Renew and control their own pricing, service terms, privacy practices, and availability.

Some of those links are affiliate or referral links. If you click one and later enroll or purchase, we may receive compensation. That relationship is disclosed in our Affiliate Disclosure. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and policies, not these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Submit disputes or supporting materials that are false, misleading, forged, or unauthorized.
  • Use Credit Renew with another person's report or identity information without lawful authority.
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, disable, or interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or connected systems.
  • Use the service to violate law, regulation, contractual restrictions, or another person's rights.
  • Upload malware, abusive content, or materials you do not have the right to use.

6. Your Content and Our License

You retain ownership of the content and information you submit to Credit Renew. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and use that information solely as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

We may also use aggregated or deidentified information for analytics, product improvement, research, and business operations, subject to applicable law.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Data handling after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Credit Renew is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information or recommendation will be correct for your circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credit Renew will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration.

Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Each party will bear its own costs, except as required by law or the applicable arbitration rules.

You and Credit Renew agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Business Changes and Assignment

Credit Renew may assign these Terms, and may transfer information and related assets, in connection with an actual or proposed merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction. Any such transfer remains subject to applicable law and our then-current privacy commitments.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When required by law, or when changes are material, we will provide additional notice before the updated Terms take effect. Your continued use of Credit Renew after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
